Anne Coladarci

Known for her strategic approach to family law, Anne draws on over 20 years of experience litigating and negotiating complex family law issues to help her clients meet their objectives. Anne has commendable experience in family law issues such as divorce, property division, maintenance, support, parenting time, orders of protection, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, adoption, surrogacy, enforcements of judgments, appeals, and any other issue that could arise post-divorce. As a skilled litigator, Anne is always prepared to go to court if negotiation is not possible. Anne provides a highly personalized experience for each one of her clients and she works tirelessly to achieve the best possible results for her clients through careful listening, comprehensive preparation, and aggressive litigation. Anne also represents the interests of children in court cases as a Cook County Circuit Court certified Child Representative/Guardian Ad Litem/Attorney for the Child, as she understands the importance of putting the needs of children first. Always an ally for children, Anne has also successfully represented parties in international and multi-jurisdictional family law litigation, including actions under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
Anne has also represented clients in areas of practice outside of family law, such as Post-Conviction Relief from the Civil Effects of Criminal Judgments through Certificates of Rehabilitation, expungement, pardons, and executive clemency, as well as disciplinary and licensing proceedings before the United States Equestrian Federation.

Jack Coladarci is a highly experienced trial attorney who has successfully handled numerous cases pertaining to divorce, property division, maintenance, support, parenting time, orders of protection, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, adoption, surrogacy, enforcements of judgments, appeals, and other issues that arise post-divorce. Jack recognizes that every family is unique and he provides his clients with a customized strategy to meet their goals and needs. Jack educates his clients about domestic relations and the divorce process and offers a fair and realistic assessment of their case.
